When I introduce myself at work, I always include “Digital Explorer” as one of my defining characteristics.
I’m typically the one trying out the newest technology in alpha or beta, willing to overlook bugs and frustration with half-baked tools in hopes of the magical feeling of experiencing capabilities that didn’t exist before. Despite the disappointing downturn in the Technology business industry, it’s still an exciting time for digital explorers like me.
As such, I’m along for the ride with the rest of the world in testing and using Generative AI tools like Google Bard and Chat GPT. I started with Dall-E 2 when I made an early draft of the “Match My Energy” artwork, which wasn’t quite ready for prime-time then. I did a few turns with My Heritage’s AI Time Machine (as featured in my IG avatar and the cover of “Leave the Past.”
I then dove pretty deep into the MidJourney world. Paid for a month before realizing I really don’t care for the Discord UI for generating images. I played with HeyGen to make an AI avatar of myself for intro and educational videos. I also experimented with lalals.com, a vocal replacement AI to make some interesting covers of my own songs. Can you imagine Kanye West singing “Match My Energy” or Britney Spears singing “Step on the Gas?” Now you don’t have to imagine anymore!
Which brings me to the reason I’m writing. I woke up this morning and decided to explore the custom GPT builder offered by Open AI. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to build but realized this site (dedicated to my music and photography) is probably the deepest and most interesting dataset to me that I could think of.
So, with that I present the Miles Maxwell GPT. 👇🏻

I fed it the lyrics to all 80 songs I’ve written, every blog post on this site and a new lengthy about Miles bio I wrote for the occasion. I welcome anyone interested to test it out!
